Why we collect it

We collect your name and email address for the following purposes:

  • To add you to our early access waitlist and notify you when Care Circl becomes available

  • To send you a welcome email confirming your place on the founding member list

  • To send you updates about Care Circl's development, early access availability, and founding member community invitations

  • To contact you with questions about your experience or needs, if relevant to how we build the product

How we store your information

Your information is collected and stored through Squarespace, the platform on which this website is built. Squarespace stores data securely and is compliant with UK and EU data protection standards. All data is stored within the United Kingdom.

We retain your information for as long as you remain on our early access list, or until you ask us to remove it. If Care Circl does not launch, or if you have not heard from us within 24 months of signing up, we will delete your information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that processes your data is Squarespace, as the platform through which the website and sign-up form operate, acting as a data processor on our behalf.

We will never share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other organisation without your explicit consent.
